Yeah, being the biggest fan of possibly (sadly) one of the weakest Pokemon in DP, I wear that with pride though!
Not all no-evos Pokemon are weak (an example is Aerodactyl).There needs to be weak pokemon or Pokemon would be so easy.But some pokemon do need evos..1.Farfecth`d(Sp?) 2.Dunsparce 3.Especially Qwilfish (then it would be probably be used more)
It's not weak. If you take the time to read my Dunsparce Rant thread, you would understand that Dunsparce can even take down a KYOGRE under the right circumstanes.
Not everything needs to be uber-powerful. It gives more variety.
Porygon2 is still very usable, as some of its stats are higher that PorgonZ's, like how Scyther is to Scizor. Scyther is still used competitively, regardless of the fact that is now has an evolution u.u

The only thing we need are more good stand alones imo. Most of the times. Sure there are 'good' (good to me is at least 2 of the stats are pretty high) standalones like:
Lapras
Tauros
Pinsir
Heracross
Kangaskhan
Aerodactyl
And then there are some decent ones and then theres the bargain bin pokemon who are UU for the fact they lack in too many keyareas.

If you want GF to change this stuff, don't buy D/P or if you do, ignore all the new evos. The fact is, GF doesnt want to waste space, meaning they dont want to waste pokemon that trainers felt were lacking/weak/crappy. So they tacked on some evos and since they are new pokemon they killed 2 Pidgeys with one Rock Slide. The squeaky wheels got the oil and evolve into better wheels. Deal with it

Togekiss? Its a strong pokemon, look at its stats. You can use it against your friends. Togetic isn't that strong and nobody used it to serious battles. Now, thanx to Togekiss, Togetic and Togepi have a chance and some trainers probably will use it.
I did. And I hate Togekiss. I use Togetic because it's one of my four favorite pokemon, and always will. I don't like Togekiss and thought it was completely unnecessary. Please read my sig.

Personally, I think that pokemon only need evos if they look too old to be coming out of an egg. Bonsly, Munchlax, and Manene are good because Sudowoodo, Snorlax and Mr. Mime look 30, 50, and 40, respectively.
For evolutions, it depends on if the pokemon looks matured enough. And also because usually when pokemon evolve, they get tougher and meaner. Sure plusle, minun, and pachirisu look like children, but they don't need to look mean. It might be kool to see a perappu evolution, but the risk of it looking like crap is too high (not because GF sucks, I think they rock, just because it's hard to imagine an evolution for Perappu that'd look good), so I say nay.
BTW, Chimecho looks 5, and Cherimu looks like an 8 year old with too much makeup.

Good standalones:
Lapras, Tauros, Pinsir, Heracross, Kanghaskhan, Aerodactyl, Miltank, Absol, Tropius, Minun, Plusle, Pachirisu, Perappu, Rotomu, and others I can't think of at the moment.
Pokemon that should have been and would've been good standalones:
Lucario, Dorapion, Cherimu, Chimecho, Wobbuffet, Yanma, Tangela, and Gligar.

Again, quoted for truth. I don't want all the pokemon to be really strong. I like having weak pokemon, because it gives a sense of realism. I don't know why everyone thinks all pokemon NEED to be super beastly. The pikachu rip-offs (I actually like them) may be weak, but they are cute and fun.

I agree, I really don't understand why they have to add such useless Pokemon without evos every generation like Spinda or Unown.I can really go either way on single-evolution-chained pokemon. It's just the useless pokemon that bug me.

Yeah, being the biggest fan of possibly (sadly) one of the weakest Pokemon in DP, I wear that with pride though!
on that note, the lack of any moveset strategies and whatnot for unevolved Pokemon really p!sses me off. For a game with so much variety, and where it's encouraged to use your favorites, I would like to see more of those. Hell, coming up with strategies to let weaker Pokemon win has more potential of breathing life into things than just trying to sweep with whatever has the best stats.
In your case, if you wanna get in at least one kill with a Koroboushi, I'd recommend somehow trapping your opponent (Mean Look, Spider Web), with Encore/Taunt and a seriously lowered attack stat, and then bring out the Biding little bastard, and hopefully you'll manage to pwn the opposition. Tricky to use, of course, but great satisfaction if you manage to pull it off.
