I would like to know any pokemon that is a Trick Room Specialist, extremely slow, can learn Curse, and is not a Ghost type.
Slowpoke, Slowbro, And Slowking can.
Thanks, Guys.Alolan Exeggutor, Musharna, and Porygon2 (Porygon2 gets Curse as a transfer move from GSC) also get both, and they're slow. If you mean pokémon that are Curse users that are good in a Trick Room but don't necessarily set it up themselves, I'd add Tyranitar, Sudowoodo, Ferrothorn, Golem (either form), Alolan Muk, Snorlax, Quagsire, Regirock, Cradily, Hippowdon, Gigalith, Umbreon, Torterra, Avalugg, and Steelix to that list.
A. This is the Battle Tree I'm talking, so I would not be able to use Magearna, but maybe Uxie. B. Once I was in the Battle Tree and someone had a super slow Dusknoir use Trick Room and started one hitting my pokemon since it now has super speed. Since then, I felt that I need to use Trick Room to my advantage.
These are your options. Seems like Alolan Exeggutor is your best bet which is... kind of disappointing.
Honestly, I don't think a standalone Trick Room attacker with Curse is really going to be as valuable as you think. If you want a Trick Room setter/attacker, I'd look into other Pokemon first. Uxie is an extremely reliable setter who can also carry Stealth Rock, while Magearna has the ability to both set its own Trick Room and abuse it, and doesn't need a set-up move thanks to Soul-Heart. If you can't or don't want to use legendaries, Reuniclus, Slowbro, Cofagrigus, and Bronzong are all pretty solid Trick Room setters and abusers.
Same goes if you want a Curse sweeper, you're better off trying something like Scizor (or Mega Scizor), Swampert, or Tyranitar. Trying to combine the two really isn't going to work, since you can't really afford to waste precious Trick Room turns setting up Curses.

How come combinig it with curse isn't much of a good strategy? It lowers speed and increases attack and defense, right?Abusing Trick Room is a perfectly viable strategy, but trying to combine that with Curse really isn't. That's the point I was trying to make. If you really want to abuse Trick Room, there are plenty of other abusers to look at first. Running a dedicated Trick Room team consisting of something along the lines of Reuniclus / Porygon2 / Alolan Marowak could put in work.
The setup takes too long for singles, making it unreliable. In general Trick Room is better used in double battles, with one pokémon setting up Trick Room and another its own setup or Protect, and then attacking with that one. I'll also add this, if a Dusknoir was one-hitting your team you're doing something else wrong, Dusknoir isn't supposed to hit that hard. It's more of a wall. How come combinig it with curse isn't much of a good strategy? It lowers speed and increases attack and defense, right?

I'm not 100% sure he was one hitting everyone. A. It was a Tag Battle. B. I was using M. Mawile and Lycanroc. C. Lillie was my partner. D. I should also mention I was using the limited time Dusk Lycanroc. Plus, my Mawile has Hyper Cutter Ability. I have reached 20th streak or more with Lillie. I use Mawile and Lycanroc for damaging moves, they both don't even know a status move. The tag battles are the hardest in the battle tree, and Lillie isn't the best partner possible (although she's far from bad if you soft-reset her for the good abilities on her pokémon). I'd recommend you'd bring better pokémon than Mawile and Lycanroc if you partner with Lillie. I made it to a 56 win streak with Lillie by using Mega Metagross and Kommo-o as her partners. Metagross can destroy most poison types that threaten Lillie's fairy-types while Kommo-o can eliminate almost any steel type. Mawile is alright and it can Intimidate, but in general it's just too slow.
You really don't want to do that in the Battle Tree, especially not when partnered up with Lillie. It's somewhat viable in the Battle Spot with Team Preview, but that's not a thing in the Battle Tree. You're better off nuking things before they can even set up Trick Room in the first place, or trying to outlast it until it wears off if they do set it up.What you could do is use a very slow Pokémon that doesn't know trick room itself, just in case you run into a trick room user.
Then you could even set up Curse on the first turn!
