Pokemon That Need more Attention

I am not reffering to pokemon that were shafted by the anime, but rather pokemon that the group has that don't get enough spotlight.

I'll make my list:

Kingler
Muk
Noctowl
Heracross
Forretress
Donphan

Boulder Trainer
Torkoal and all of Ash's Johto Pokemon are at the top of the list of who I want to appear more and actually do something. Torkoal and Heracross never actually got to do anything, and all of the other Johto's didn't even get a major role in their region's League. Phanpy is excluded from this of course.

Skitty and all of Brock's Pokemon that are at the Gym would be next

Ho-oh definitely needs more attention. No movies about it, and only 1 episode focusing on it(which didn't even show it a lot). Other than that one episode, we saw Ho-oh for like 3 seconds in the first episode ever, and a fake one in the 8th movie for like a minute.

Why not? Donphan is hardly used and neither is Heracross. Heracross was oak'd almost right after it was caught in Johto and though Phanpy was brought back to the BF it barely battles (Brock battle as an exception)

yea, i love Heracross, if I was Ash, he'd be on my team forever... not Oak'd, he's way to powerful for that

I think Ash should have a Meganium, because I loved Bayleef when he used it in Johto, but now it's Oak'd for Sceptile. Don't get me wrong, Sceptile was quite the character, but it stole Bayleef's thunder. :(

As for the others, I think he should put Glalie back on his team in Shinou and get a dark or psychic Pokemon.

Ash should've kept Bulbasaur & Squirtle, they pwned, lol.

Torkoal was in alot of battles. I think May's Bulbasaur was shafted. She didnt have it very long to begin with and barely used it.

Brock's Geodude. It never had an episode where it played an improtant role, it always was something like a "filler" Pokemon.

Brocks: Ludicolo should get back! And Steelix! Have Brock used Forretress in a while?

Alright!
Poor Torkoal, it didn't get nearly as much screentime that it deserved. And I can think of a couple reasons why Donphan shouldn't be on your list.

Donphan appeared a few times but yeah...it should have more battles, I mean come on...Donphan can also learn the devestating Earthquake move...is that reason enough for Ash to use it more! Anyway, Glalie needs more screentime too, who Oak's their pokemon which was a powerhouse in the Hoenn League? Poor Forretress and Dustox...they've been stuck in their pokeballs forever! Anyway, that's all the pokemon I can think of right now.

Alright!
I can understand why May got rid of Skitty, but you're right, Beautifly was a great contest pokemon. I don't know why the writers feel they have to get rid of great pokemon just to keep the show ''fresh.''
