Pokemon: The Crystals of the Ancient One [SU] - PG-13

Avenger Angel

Warrior of Heaven
Name: Major William Lennox
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Affiliation: The Pure
Soul Link: Forced Soul Link Refined
Pokémon: Swanna
Talent: Spirit Wings

Personality: Adamant and unyielding, Major William Lennox is a strong believer in law and order, but also believes that some drastic and often violent means are necessary to meet the ends. Personally, he believes the crystals need to be destroyed to maintain order and can't be trusted to be in the hands of unruly civilians, mercenaries, and assassins. He also feels these powers, plus the presence of Pokémon, threaten to disrupt human society and authority, and thus, must be stopped before anything like that can come to pass. In the end, he expects all Experiments to be terminated and all those that use the crystals to have to give them up so that they may be destroyed for the benefit of all of mankind, by force if necessary.

William Lennox also appreciates the fact that for the past many years, the world has been run by humans, not legendary Pokémon. Meanwhile, he follows the orders of The Pure very strictly, and feels that even though several Soul Linked humans exist in The Pure, self included, this is only a temporary measure. And even though Major Lennox dislikes the idea of partaking in the project himself, he understands why the government would decide to tap into its power long enough to see that the war is ended in their favor before the crystals are reunited to be destroyed. Thus, by orders of command of General Edward Dyson, he had become a Forced Soul Link Refined of a Swanna despite his dislike of the plan. Even now, Major Lennox still resents General Dyson's decision, but carries out the General's orders nonetheless.

Unlike the Soul Link Renegades, Major William Lennox strongly believes humans are better off without Pokémon trying to intervene in their plans, and even dictate their affairs as the ultimate authority as in Arceus's case. Case in point, Major William Lennox refuses to acknowledge Arceus or any of the other Pokémon legendaries as gods or deities. When Acreus created the crystal a thousand years ago, he felt it was hypocritical for Arceus to change his mind about it and return to the world. Thus, he seeks to assist The Pure in the complete and total termination of Pokémon and Arceus's reckless and indecisive reign.

In general, William respects his allies, all except for the Forced Soul Links, which he regards as deranged creatures he refuses to associate with. He shows no concern for their welfare, and feels they are hopelessly insane and are completely expendable in terms of combative value. At all times, he is prepared to put them down if it appears they may turn on him or his own forces.

In terms of his Swanna, he shows no respect for the creature and treats him like an enslaved captive, knowing his only purpose is to serve him, defeat the Soul Link Renegades, and ultimately be terminated soon after. The Swanna, in relation, is rather submissive against the Major's will, knowing the highly-seasoned soldier has seen and experienced far worse than what he has seen in terms of combat.

Description: Standing 6'2", Major William Lennox is a strong, muscular man trained for combat. He has short black hair, a firm but optimistic visage, as well as brown eyes. He has several scars from his days as a soldier, but in general, is in pretty good physical shape and health.

Major Lennox also wears the standard Pure Soldier urban digital camouflage combat armor, along with a helmet that includes digital tactical visors and projection readouts. These visors and tactical microcomputers allow Lennox to calculate distance, bullet drop, and bullet trajectory before the shot is made via wireless link to the electronic computer embedded in most Pure firearms.

Major Lennox is also an explosives expert, knowing how to place and deploy tactical explosive charges to destroy enemy assets, as well as place anti-vehicle and anti-personnel mines. He also knows how to disarm explosives set by the enemy.

While using his Flying Type Talent, Spirit Wings, Major William Lennox suddenly sprouts a pair of white-feathered Swanna wings out of his back, giving him an almost angelic appearance. In this state, he usually resorts to using a sniper rifle from the skies, as it is a tactical advantage most of his enemies are not quite prepared for.

In the Stage 2 transformation, the merge results in William being covered almost completely in white feathers, save for the two patches of blue feathers on his chest. His face, however, is still skin, albeit now white. Meanwhile, he grows a Swanna's tail feathers out of his rear, as well as two tufts of white feathers on the sides of his head where his ears normally would have gone, only they're facing toward his back. In addition, his feet and shins are replaced with the webbed feet of a Swanna. While in this form, the Swanna spirit does not say much under William's firm control, but often attempts to encourage William to show mercy. However, as a hardened soldier, he very rarely follows this advice unless there is some tactical advantage to it. In this state, William still has full control, limiting the voice of the Swanna to nothing more than a whisper of easily-ignored suggestions.

In Stage 3, Major William Lennox turns into a twelve foot tall avian bird that vaguely resembles what a Swanna would probably look like if it evolved three more times, essentially baring little to no physical resemblance to his former human self. William loses both of his arms to be merged with two massive and powerful wings, and now fully resembles a giant and vicious swan-like bird of prey with a razor-sharp beak, webbed feet with talons, and a piercing gaze. Meanwhile, the blue feather pattern on his chest and now on his wings is jagged and thorn-shaped, looking more like a Staraptor's chest in appearance. In this form, William goes berserk, often causing extreme collateral damage and may often throw his own allies aside if they get in his way of destroying his enemies. Civilians be damned, standing in this bird's path or the blast radius of its attacks is essentially a death wish.

The conflicting rage in this case results in William's extreme hatred of the Swanna physically taking over his body, while the Swanna himself is aggravated and frustrated at William's stubbornness and persistence to destroy all Pokémon. In this state, William has the most physical control, but the Swanna spirit and presence within him is stronger, more rebellious against William's actions, and is far more familiar with the avian body that William feels unnatural in. In essence, William fights two brutal battles at the same time, the first being whatever outrageous conflict that caused the Stage 3 state to trigger in the first place, and the savage mental battle that he also fights in his mind.

History: Born in Nacrene City, William lived a mainly independent childhood as a single child to a mother and father that were too busy to raise him. As a result, William never grew attached to his parents, and instead spent many days and nights over with friends, using just about anything to get away from the house.

In terms of school, William was mostly an A student, often following the instructions of his teachers very carefully, although he refused to be a brown-noser, especially to teachers that were incompetent. His favorite subjects were history and gym, although he hated creative-based classes like art and music. He also disliked fiction in reading classes, finding it useless and impractical.

Upon entering high school, he was mainly focused on athletics before enrolling in a military program. From there, William was brought to Fort Westhall in Unova where he had undergone basic training and reconnaissance assignments. Four years into the program, William was sent on several counter-terrorism assignments across the world, along with serving as a bodyguard for political figures and representatives.

With the arrival of the Soul Link Renegades, William sees them as potential threats and terrorists that intend to use a supernatural power to gain leverage and reinstate Arceus, a conceited creature in his eyes, into prime authority over all life. William doesn't approve the fact General Dyson essentially made it mandatory for him to become a Forced Soul Link Refined, but he favored it more than disobeying orders. Thus, he became a Forced Soul Link Refined of a Swanna.

Despite the change, William is determined to help the Pure maintain and enforce human authority to the world and deny Arceus the chance to rise up again as an usurper god. Ultimately, he is prepared to prevent Arceus's ascension at all costs and destroy the crystals that threaten to transform the world into something foreign and twisted.

Extra: Major William Lennox is mostly prone to using rifles, including standard Pure army assault rifles, as well as sniper rifles when the mission calls for it. He also knows how to operate Army Machines and Mechas, but is always prepared to do ground fighting as well. He does not, however, like melee fighting and does not prefer hand-to-hand combat. He also doesn't like heavy infantry weapons.

Ace Advertiser
Name: Dr. Fredrick Jaeger
Age: 42
Gender: Male
Affiliation: The Pure
Soul Link: None
Pokemon: N/A
Talent: N/A
Stage 3 Powers: N/A

Personality: Dr. Jaeger has always been an interesting piece of work. The doctor is driven by multiple things. He says that his work is for the sake of science, which is halfway true, but not fully. Deep down, Dr. Jaeger experiments because he enjoys it. A back part of his mind drives him to do sick and twisted acts "for science". However, Dr. Jaeger is openly aware of this and (ususally) can control his sadistic urges.

Jeager has often been described as socially akward, and it's not hard to see why. His interests don't often mesh with other people (besides maybe serial killers and other wackjob scientists like himself) and he doesn't often to attempt to make friends with others anyway. But as long as the doctor is at work, he's happy.

Being a history buff, Dr. Jaeger is simply fascinated by Pokemon. And with them reappearing on the Earth once again, Dr. Jaeger feels the need to learn absolutely everything about them. What they are, where they came from, etc. Fredrick cares nothing for the power they may give, or the friends they could be to humans if given the chance; instead he seeks their knowledge, and their secrets.

Description: Dr. Jaeger stands at 6'0 and has pale white skin. As you'd aspect from a middle aged scientist, he isn't very muscular, however he is not overweight either. He's pretty underweight for a man of his age, but he isn't totally out of shape to the point of being pathetic (he still isn't that strong though). He has deep blue eyes, that stand out from his mostly colorless appearence. His hair is a dark grey and is straight but messy due to him not feeling a need to care about his hair, and also goes down to his shoulders.

Dr. Jaeger is seldom seen without his white lab coat on, which he wears so often he often forgets to take it off when he goes anywhere other then the lab (which isn't that often, but he isn't a total hermit). His other clothes are pretty simple, but underneath his coat he'll generally wear a black button up shirt and simple long brown pants. His shoes are simple and black, something you'd wear to the office.

History: Born as an only child to overachieving parents, it really isn't too much of a surprise Fredrick Jaeger ended up becoming what he is. His parents, both scientists themselves, insisted that Jaeger followed in their footsteps, which he happily obliged. Fredrick, a brilliant but misunderstood child, was constantly harrassed and made fun of as a child, which lead to his social anxiety. He especially excelled in all science classes and history, where he grew a fascination for the strange beast known as Pokemon.

During collage he got a job as an assistant at a morgue, but ended up getting fired after opening a corpse to study it without permission. From then on he focused on his studies and earned a PH.D in Genetics. After a few years working at a Genetics Instiution, he recieved an offer for a job from The Pure he couldn't refuse. The organization, being short on scientists after what happened at Silph Co., was looking for new people to replace those lost. He had heard of the ancient creatures known as Pokemon resurfacing, but he never thought he's actually get to study them himself, and get payed to do so at the same time! Completely uncaring about the potential threat to his well-being, Dr. Jaeger quickly joined and began his work.

Since then, Dr. Jaeger has become one of the head scientists with The Pure. He has personally lead some of the procedures to give soldiers Forced Links. But, the doctor wants more. He wants to study the Pokemon more, learn more about them. His work quells his thirst for knowledge for now, but he knows he can't keep it up forever, especially since the ultimate goal of The Pure is to destroy what he hopes to study...

Extra: Other than science, Dr. Jaeger also has a soft spot for children. No one, not even himself, can explain why. And yes, he is fully aware that it's very creepy.

Name: Alice Nelson
Age: 10
Gender: Female
Affiliation: Arceus' Forces
Soul Link: Destined
Pokemon: Whimsicott
Talent: Forest Talk
Stage 3 Powers:

Personality: Alice, being a child, often has trouble understanding why people fight. She can also be very naive, but it's understandable. Alice tries to be optimistic at all times, but sometimes she can't get herself too when it's just too much to bare. She is very impatient and active, so she doesn't like to stay in one spot.

Alice is always trying to make friends and is very trusting, which can sometimes lead to her getting into trouble. She isn't exactly a cowerd, but she doesn't like to rush into danger. She also hates bugs, and anything she thinks is "gross". Things like math and science bore her; she'd rather be in the park playing with her friends instead of doing homework.

Alice gets along with the Whimsicott she is linked to, and treats him (yes, him) as a friend. The Whimsicott is very bouncey and seems to be happy-go-lucky, similer to Alice herself.

Description: Alice is 3'6 and has tanned white skin, due to her spending a lot of time in the sunlight. Her eyes are dark brown, which somewhat matches her skin. Her hair is a very light blonde that's almost white, and is fairly long, going past her shoulders.

Her clothes consist of a green dress and worn white sneakers. She wears a pink bow in her hair, on the right side. On the back of her left hand is a tattoo of the flower of a bloomimg cherry tree.

In Stage 2, Alice's hair becomes poofy and messy, like that of a Whimsicott, and she gets a ring of cotton like hair around her neck. She also gets slightly darker skin, and green horns that form right behind her ears.

In Stage 3, she becomes slightly taller than a full grown woman. Her hair and horns grow to about double the length, and her eyes glow with an eminating aura.

History: To this day, neither Alice or her mother know who Alice's father is. Alice has been raised by her mother on her own her whole life, and has compensated by trying to make as many friends as possible. Her mother, who has to work two jobs to support herself and Alice, doesn't often get to spend much time with her, which allows Alice ot often do whatever she pleases. However, this isn't the life Alice wants. She'd much rather have parents who tell her what to do than only having one parent who never has any time of her own to spend with her.

One time, while Alice was riding her bike, she felt something calling to her, drawing her to the woods just outside of town. When she got off her bike and went into the woods, she found an abandoned hut in the middle of the forest. When she entered it, she found a strange crystal resting on a table. When she held it, she could feel it talking to her, and by it's command she held it against the back of her hand, and the crystal was absorbed into her skin.

She was happy to have a new friend, but she soon learned of the importance of what she accepted. She began to hear about the war between The Pure and the Soul Linked Humans. Not wanting to bring anyone else into it, Alice ran away from home with her new friend to help in a war she knew she had no choice but to fight in.

Extra: She loves ice cream. A big shocker, right?

Slipomatic

Eon Collector
Sorry mine took so long to complete.

Name: Rena Valice

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Affiliation: Neutral

Soul Link: Blood

Pokemon: Glaceon

Talent: Frost Bitten

Stage 3 Powers: N/A (Unless events allow so for blood links.)

Personality: Rena has always been fascinated with pokemon folklore. She is often called a book worm as she spends most of her time reading books and old texts for information about pokemon. She is very shy around others as she tends to stutter around strangers, although she can somewhat speak fine while working. She is very anxious about social events and tries to stay away from most people, preferring to bury herself in books. She feels that pokemon should come back completely, but she doesn’t want to be involved in the dangers that would come with it. She is too afraid to go out there and help the people who are trying to bring back the mythical pokemon into the world.

Although the relation is somewhat agreeable and both sides had agreed to it, she is somewhat scared of her familiar, most specifically his personality. Her glaceon familiar is more assertive than Rena is. He is much more outspoken and will try to guide Rena into bringing back the pokemon. Although he respects her, he kind of wishes she was a bit more confident. He wants Rena to become stronger, and thus put the silly notion of being afraid of people out of her mind. He just can’t do much without doing permanent damage to her mind. He just doesn’t like hiding in shame when they could be helping those that were trying to bring back pokemon.

Description: Rena stands at 5’5”, being fairly slim despite being indoors most of the time and not exercising. Her hair is long, wavy, and black, reaching down to just below her shoulders. Her soft, brown eyes depict her somewhat fragile form as she isn’t toned or fit. Her skin is very pale, almost making look like she had seen a ghost. She isn’t in real good physical shape, easily getting winded from short runs and her eye sight isn’t that good far away, just good enough to avoid wearing glasses for viewing far away. She has a small scar on right hand where she did the blood link.

Rena wears a simple light blue skirt that comes down to just above her knees with a matching light blue blouse. She wears a simple silver necklace that has a small amethyst gem. She wears some black sandals and carries a light blue shoulder bag, with a single strap, that holds her essentials. She occasionally will tie her hair into a ponytail if her hair obstructs her view too much when reading.

In stage 2 transformation, the merge between Rena and glaceon results in Rena’s skin becoming light blue and gaining the rhombus pattern on her back. Her hair shortens and become light blue and her eyes change to a white color while her white cornea becomes a lighter blue shade. Her ears lengthen out and become somewhat shaped like rhombus although they’re small and become a bit flexible. Rena will grow a tail in the shape of a glaceon’s tail and her hands and feet will become paws like a glaceon, only larger than normal for glaceon. In stage 2, glaceon will be more in control than Rena will as she is less strong-willed than glaceon is. So more often than not, Rena will appear to be more confident and aggressive when it is mostly glaceon in control, although Rena could keep the control, she’s just too shy and submissive to do so. Although both have equal share of control, Rena just likes to take backseat as she isn’t one for violence.

History: Rena was born and raised in Snowpoint City. Since there was almost always little to do in Snowpoint City, aside from the weekly snowball fight that everyone was invited to partake in, she never took part in it after one time where she was essentially ganged up on as the “victim of the week.” Both of her parents raised her and although they loved her and tried to spend time with her, they were just too busy at times, since they worked with the city that cleaned the streets so people could actually get to where they needed to go to. She didn’t mind it too much as it would leave her in a quiet house with books to read that she checks out from the library. She immersed herself into books in the library they had and studied on many subjects although she eventually became a fan of history. She had it somewhat easy during school as she tended to study a lot so she was easily a top student in school. Eventually, when she graduated from school, she decided to work at the library and worked as a clerk who checked books out for people. Occasionally, she would have to reorganize books, but she didn’t mind the work.

On one of her days off, she was walking around the nearby forest and felt a call and she investigated. Although she wasn’t ideally suited for wading into the deeper snow, the sixth sense, as she liked to call it, wouldn’t stop bugging her and she was just too curious for her own good. She eventually found a half-buried crystal lying on the snow near Lake Acuity. She felt that the crystal was calling out to her and being curious she picked it up and felt some chilling powers from it. At the same time, she was hearing strange thoughts about linking with the crystal via blood link, like some ritual from those books she read. Although she normally wouldn’t listen to such thoughts, she decided to do a blood link ritual in the safety of her home and did it there. She never told her parents what she did that day, but she found herself fascinated with the pokemon familiar that appeared after she did the blood link. Although she would have loved to cuddle with such a cute pokemon, she couldn’t as she realized after her first attempt that they were just ethereal beings. She struggles to keep him a secret as she eventually learned over the news that there was a group hunting down people who had these monstrous creatures affiliated with them.

Shadow of nothing
Well, now that things have calmed down, this is done.

Name: Ian/Ethan Blackwood
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Affiliation: Neutral (Leaning towards Fighting with Arceus)
Soul Link: Destined
Pokemon: Hydreigon
Talent: Dragon’s Voice
Stage 3 Powers: In the works

Personality: Ian is calm, cool, moody, and probably mentally unstable. Now those four descriptions probably have no place describing one person, but they seem to fit when describing Ian. He thinks in a cold, calculating manner, but is prone to suffering from inexplicable mood swings, and fits of mental instability, during which Ethan tends to take over the body. Ian is somewhat pacifistic, and is less likely to start a confrontation, despite being quite capable of ending such confrontations easily. Ian has limited social skills, since his appearance is somewhat off putting, and he tries to avoid people.

Both Ian and Ethan are extremely intelligent, and can think well on their feet. Neither one loses their cool very easily, although as stated before Ian suffers from nasty mood swings. Both personalities are characterized by bluntness when speaking, and rather graphic threats. Both of them seem to lack the ability to filter what they are saying, meaning that they will often tell people to do very unsavory things with objects not intended for such acts, or making twisted statements.

Ethan is very similar to Ian, with a few key differences. Ethan was created by Ian’s psyche to deal with his father’s verbal abuse, and military training sessions, meaning that Ethan is colder, and more ruthless than Ian. Ethan is also quite okay with killing, fighting, and that kind of thing. If a combat situation comes around, Ethan will likely be in control of the body, since Ian dislikes the Idea of killing.

Both personalities get along with the Hydreigon, since the dragon is very much at home in a fight and killing things, although Ian finds it somewhat callous.

Description: Ian is built like a runner, thin, and wiry, but with plenty of muscle, but stands at an impressive six foot two inches tall. His eyes are a piercing green, which contrasts with his albino pale skin. His hair, which is nearly black, is cut short in the front, and hangs nearly to his shoulders in the back. No matter the season, Ian will always be found wearing complete black, or some shade of grey. He wears a long sleeved black shirt, black jeans and a black jacket, or a long sleeved grey shirt, black jeans and a black jacket. There is no difference beside color in the shirts. Over his hands, Ian wears a pair of gloves, metal plates sewn into the back of the hand. On his feet Ian wears a black combat boots.

In stage two, the most obvious change to Ian is that his hair become pitch black, and he grows a tail along with six “wings”. The “wings” look just like those of a Hydreigon, and stretch roughly from his shoulder blades to the middle of his forearm. The tail is about two and a half feet long. Around his wrists, Ian gains the ruff that is around the extra heads on Hydreigon.

In stage 3, Ian grows to roughly seven and a half feet tall, with his tail and wings growing proportionally. His skin turns purplish, and he acquires the full ruff around his neck.

History: Ian’s life was somewhat unpleasant from the very beginning, as he was born with the rare skin disorder Xeroderma pigmentosum, or XP. Granted his case was mild, but it Ian’s parents were told that he should limit his exposure to the sun anyway. This was further complicated by his father’s abject rage over his son suffering from said disorder, which meant that Ian was never exactly treated all that well. His mother was not home all that often, and his father, while not physically abusive, derided Ian verbally quite often. As a result, Ian got very good at hiding his feeling, and in fact almost developed a second personality, to deal with this abuse. It was also something of a family tradition for men to serve in the military, and so, despite the fact that Ian had XP, his father decided he was going to make sure that he could fight if the time came.

Ironically, XP did not play a major part in Ian’s life, since as long as he was mindful of wearing dark colored clothing, and something covering his face, it would not cause him harm. However, he had to make sure not to go outside during around noon, and did become somewhat nocturnal by nature.

These training sessions started when Ian was six, and quickly became the bane of both Ian, and his outer personas lives. Ian’s father drilled him in hand to hand combat, anything relating to tactics, thinking quickly, and after he turned nine, weapons, including firearms, and even the theory behind piloting armored Mecha. These lessons took place directly after school, regardless of how tired or potentially injured Ian was from the previous day.

Ian’s school life was fairly uneventful, since he kept to himself, and because of the fact that he looked a bit like the Grim Reaper in the eyes of his classmates. He got excellent grades, as perhaps the only good thing Ian got from his father was intelligence. His only friend was a girl named Emily, who suffered from a mild form of schizophrenia, which caused her to suffer from hallucinations. But more on her later.

By the time he was ten, Ian had developed DID, or Dissociative Identity Disorder, also known as multiple personality disorder. His second personality went by the name of Ethan, and was always present whenever Ian’s father was around, as Ethan was far more ruthless and militaristic that Ian. Within the span of a year and a half, Ethan spent most of the time in control of Ian’s body. No one really noticed this however, as on the surface; the two personalities seemed virtually identical. Ian continued to get good grades in school, and receive “training” from his father. This training had expanded to include the operation of tanks, aircraft, and whatever other things his father could find holographic simulations for. By the time he was fifteen, Ian/Ethan were capable of using every standard production firearm with a reasonable degree of skill, and fighting most soldiers hand to hand without difficulty. The only times that Ethan did not control their body at this point was when Ian was with Emily.

When Ian first encountered the crystal, he was somewhat dubious about it, while Ethan flat out wanted nothing to do with the thing. When the two of them finally agreed to throw it in a nearby river, Ian, who was controlling the body, picked the crystal up, and made to place it in the inside pocket of his jacket. However the crystal brushed up against him while he was doing this, and was absorbed in the area right next to his heart.

At first this didn’t seem to do anything besides scare the living heck out of both of them, until a ghostly three headed dragon appeared in front of them. The two of them were not really sure what to think about this whole thing, since while they had read about mythical beings called Pokémon, those beings were just that, mythical. However, about five or six days later, when having a “training session with their father, Ian’s shirt got ripped revealing the tattoo, which sent the man into a titanic rage. The two fought, and eventually Ethan shot their father squarely in the face, killing him. At this point, the two of them fled to Emily’s house, where things got more than a little bit interesting.

Extra: Xeroderma pigmentosum, also known as XP, is an exceedingly rare genetic disorder, (odds of having this are about 1:250,000), where the body is unable to repair the damage caused by ultraviolet rays. This means that most patients will develop skin cancers or other skin conditions at a very young age, often resulting in death. However, if a person takes the appropriate precautions, then theoretically they could they out a normal life.

Ian is reasonably skilled in hand to hand combat, and highly skilled in the use of assault rifles and handguns.

Name: Emily
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Affiliation: Neutral (same stipulations as Ian)
Soul Link: Destined
Pokemon: Gallade
Talent: Psychic
Stage 3 Powers: In the works

Personality: While Ian is a truly terrifying person to be around for most people, Emily is far calmer and more controlled. Somewhat more spontaneous than her friend, Emily is none the less extremely intelligent. She is one of the few people to even see the subtle everyday differences between Ian and Ethan, while she claims that the voices in her head tell her. She deals with her schizophrenia quite well, since most of her hallucinations are fairly mundane, although Emily is something of a loner.

Emily hates being in large gatherings of people, since they tend to have the unfortunate side effect of making her hallucinations worse. She doesn’t speak much, preferring to use hand gestures and other nonverbal means of communication. When she does speak, it is often curt and pointed, as she wants to end the conversation as fast as possible.

Despite her curtness, Emily is fairly compassionate, honorable and willing to help someone who needs it. If she gives her word, Emily will keep it to the best of her ability.

Description: Emily is roughly five and a half feet tall or somewhat average height and a slim build. Her skin is slightly tanned, seeming almost to meld into her brown hair, which hangs down past her shoulders. Her eyes are a muted sky blue, and seem somewhat cold and uninviting. Most of the time Emily dresses in tee shirts and jeans in varying shades of grey, although her jeans are often a faded shade of blue. Depending on the weather she will also wear a grey hooded jacket. For whatever reason, Emily does not wear jewelry of any type.

In stage two Emily gains the white, ear like protrusions on the side of Gallade’s head, and her elbows sprout sword like protrusions.

In stage three, Emily grows a few inches taller, the ear things become more notable, and her entire arm grows sharpened on the edge, like a sword. Her skin also become almost chalk white in this stage.

History: Just like Ian, Emily got the short end of the stick from life, developing schizophrenia before she turned ten. Up until she turned eight, however, Emily’s life was fairly mundane; she had a loving family, a sister, and a best friend, who seemed a little off in the head. Granted she suffered from voices in her head, but other than that her life was normal until that diagnosis.

Even after learning about her condition, Emily continued to have a fairly normal life, despite hearing voices, and noises that did not exist, managing to provide Ian with someone to talk and vent to, and also developing a near innate sense of which of Ian’s twin personalities was in control of his body at the time, much to the ire of both personalities.

Emily maintained good grades in school, although she never really had any friends beyond the potentially insane Ian. Her life maintained this holding pattern until she turned 18, and Ian showed up at her door, with an assault rifle on his back, armed with two pistols, looking scared witless. Luckily her parents weren’t home, and she managed to convince them to let Ian stay over phone connection. They agreed to let Ian stay in their spare bedroom for awhile, buying the excuse that his parents had to go traveling for a few weeks, and with Ian being not all there, him staying home alone was not a good idea.

During the time Emily’s parents were at work, she managed to coax the story of why Ian was there from the young man. Or at least most of it, which prompted Ian and his alternate personality to start explaining the use of handguns to her. Emily didn’t really understand why, all she knew was that her mentally unstable friend and the voices in her head thought that it was a good idea, and over the years, Emily had learned that for all his insanity, when both of Ian’s personalities advocate something, you should probably do what they are telling you.

About three days after Ian showed up, Emily found a strange crystal near her house. Picked it up, the crystal seemed to vanish into her right palm and a strange humanoid figure appeared before her. She thought the entire thing was just a hallucination, and continued on with her life as normal. She waved away questions about the tattoo that had appeared on her hand, which seemed to interest her father greatly.

One week after Ian showed up at their house, and while Ian was taking a nap, a group of people stormed into the house brandishing weapons. They started to threaten Emily’s mother, who was home, and demanded to know where Emily and Ian where. Emily’s mother didn’t answer, and the person in charge shot her in the face, and Emily ran upstairs, knowing that she couldn’t hope to fight the soldiers, but that Ian/Ethan might have an idea of what to do. Ian’s advice was run, Ethan suggested kill them all. However, before the duo had a chance to do much, the soldiers found them. Ian shot the first one with a handgun he was holding at the time, before telling Emily to shoot anyone who walked in, and starting to put together the assault rifle he had brought along, and hidden from Emily’s parents.

In the end the two escaped, and Ethan/Ian suggested they get some things from his house and run for good.

Extra: Emily suffers from mostly auditory hallucinations as a symptom of her schizophrenia.

I didn't think this would be making a comeback, but just to be safe, I'm withdrawing from this RP.

Guys, this one's dead, it's been three weeks since SUs started and there's no sign of the main RP thread anywhere. I wouldn't waste your time making SUs for this.
