Simply state what you would like and/or a sprite of the Pokemon you want a headsprite of. I will do my absolute best to make it for you.
(NOTE: I will do POKEMON HEADSPRITES ONLY. I do not have the resources to make human headsprites. To prove that you have read these rules thouroughly, please post the name of a movie in quotations.
