Hello everyone, and welcome to the eleventh season of Pokemon Universe. For the past three years and eleven seasons, we've had five incredibally deserving winners, all taking home not just the title and grand prize money, but pride and respect from fellow forum members. Season 11 will be the start of a new era, and the first in 2012. In two and a half months time, another person will be crowned the next Pokemon Universe title holder. Friendships have been formed, and some have fallen apart, drama, twists and turns, you don't want to miss the opportunity to potentially become the next winner of Pokemon Universe.
Since season one, the beginning, the road to becoming the winner was taken alone. In season eight, a new format was introduced; couples. It returned in season nine, where each person had a partner to fight through the competition with. In season ten, contestants weren't teaming up with one or two people, but three people. Four in each 'family' in the 'Family' format. This season has returned to it's original format, 'Singles'. There are no couple of family ties, everyone will start out fresh.
However, this season, everyone has one thing in common: each Pokemon are single looking for love. This season will emphasis on love, as you embark on your journey not only for the prize money and for the challenges, but to find that special someone. Will you leave the competition single, or will you leave the competition with a ring?
Everything you thought you knew about the game, and on how the competition plays out, is gone. The rule book, completely rewritten. It's a whole new era and season of Pokemon Universe, and you'll be the first to take part. The Points system will return this season.
We've had five amazing winners. Rosso, Tori, Dash, Celeste and Evva have all claimed the crown and title of Pokemon Universe. Unfortunately for them, according to the rule book, at least three seasons must have passed after their winning season for them to be eligible to participate in another season of Pokemon Universe.

Universe Rules:
- You must be active on a regular basis (daily), be able to check the thread and be able to do all the challenges and anything you're told to do.
- All Serebii Forums and Game rules apply.
- Once you've been eliminated, you're allowed to make another two posts with your 'goodbye' message before you're officially eliminated from the game.
- Be creative, and use your own ideas for any challenge. Don't copy other's as it'll bring down your score.
- Feel free to roleplay in character and bring it to life. Highly recommended when finding your soulmate (you may not find someone to love all game, cause drama, etc)
- You are doing this in team; so if your team is weighing you down then it's your responsibility to get them going.
- You must always include a reason when voting in elimination.
- All posts, even challenges, votes and PMs you will be required to include your icon otherwise it may or may not be counted.
Elements:
Major Challenge - Is usually first in the week, every person participates in the contest as a team. The winning team usually wins power or an advantage at the Point Meter. Examples of challenges are course challenges, drawings, essays, translation, etc.
Uni Challenge - Uni Challenge is a tempting challenge and is optional. The prize is usually Immunity or something else that's favorable. Entering the Uni Challenge is risky due to the hidden point restrictions it may give.
Team Contest - Each team must offer up one person from their team to participate in the contest. The winner of the contest will receive power that will affect the other teams. Occasionally there is more then one contest round.
Interview - At the end of the week, usually before the Point Meter, each contestant does an interview. It is usually an overview of the week, and the contestant's opinion on what has happened so far.
Quiz - Every few weeks a quiz is given out with the interview. Completing the quiz adds points towards your total.
Elimination - At the end of the week, the two teams under the yellow line must put forth two team-mates to face elimination. The four remaining teams will then vote for the person they want eliminated from the game.
