I really don't see the need for Baton Pass. Umbreon isn't that good ingame. Faint Attack is lolable, but its there for an attack. Edit: You can go with the above suggestion, if you want.

What will be your Eevee? Also, Speed, for example, is too vague for us to know what your EVs may be.

As a general rule, don’t teach Umbreon any attacking moves since its role is a full-time support Pokémon. That means Sp. Attack EVs are completely useless and you should’ve put EVs into HP and Defense.
You can keep Moonlight, but as suggested, Wish is better even though it’s an egg move only.

Thanks. Eevee i'm going to send to D/P to evolve. Most of my pokemon have leftovers but choice band is good for Zangoose. Zangoose specializes in special attack so shadow ball would be good.
Sneasel is who I'm training right now mostly. Umbreon is good to have with some special attacks though, especially when in a double battle teamed wth a grass type.

Zangoose won’t do much with a pathetic 60 Special Attack power. His large Special movepool is impressive, but don't try to do any Wi-Fi battling with a Special Zangoose.

Oh, then I'd suggest keeping your Eevee in your box, and don't mess with it till you get D+P.

Ew Special Zangoose. Last time I checked it has poor Special Attack, great Attack, Normal STAB, and Swords Dance to boot. =/
