I've read the first chapter, and I've "read" the manga through mediocre quality scans, but I still don't have a copy.
It's a pretty good manga, in its own twisted way. Unlike other manga, it does not really rely on battling.. At all.
The battles are pathetic looking and usually one or two panels long.
It relies on the characters.
The art style is a bit odd, but it's true to Sugimori's original style. Designs, roles, and personalities are kept the same from the games, but I'm pretty sure they upped Green's personality.
