Shinji would stared down all of Shigeru's pokemon, killing them in an instant.

Then he would taunt Shigeru about how he taught his Blastoise Hydro Pump instead of Surf.

Thank you, SPPf! :)
Shinji has just recently begun as a trainer. Gary has already competed in two leagues. Gary would wipe the floor off Shinji so fast it isn't funny.

Yeah but then again Ash competed in four leagues, won one of them and beat all the Frontier Brains, yet Shinji still tied with him. But I still have to say that Gary would win because he treats his Pokemon with Respect

Gary, no contest...My God!

Shinji is just starting out. Put Gary against someone like Drew (okay I'm asking too much now). But I see this as...

Gary's Elekible >>>>>>> Shinji's Elekid

But Ash dumped all his Pokemon at Oak's sans Pikachu and an Aipom that has hardly had any training. Of course he'd annhialate Shinji with his best team (although considering how the writers screwed Pikachu's power over against Elekid, maybe it's not a totally sure thing).

But Elekid has likely not been trained for too long, and even if the electricity absorbance were taken into consideration, Pikachu could still Iron tail its *** into submission. (Though that resulted in a draw instead)

Yes, and it did Iron Tail its *** into submission. With one hit, Elekid was KOd.

It's just that it took forever for Pikachu to finally hit him, and along with the damage he was taking and what he had been through, resulted in a draw.

Gary.
Shinji'd loose, get mad, and release all the pokemon he used to battle Gary.

He doesn't decide to release his pokemon base on wins and loses. He bases it on wheter or not he thinks he has the best in which he could possibly get. Which is why he didn't release Hiko when he lost to that horrible Aipom.
