I know all about the whole Episode where Japenese kids went to the hospital, but why couldnt they make another ep with it in it? Porygon 2 is sweet too. Who thinks that they should be put into the Anime? Ash could even catch a Porygon. But even if they did encounter one in the anime, where would it be because they cant be wild pokemon.

Yeah, ok!
The writers avoided the Porygon line after the incident to avoid controversy. They're probably allowing a lot of time to pass before they feel "secure" making an episode about Porygon again without upsetting any victims of the previous incident.

I'll act like a smartass, by telling you that it was actually Pikachu and the missile that caused the flashing lights, Porygon was just there. I should know, I saw a clip of that infamous scene.

yeah porygon was just there transport...the missles where from a computer antivirus program to remove anything thats not supposed to be there...Ash and company and team rocket.
It fire missles..pikachu zaps it and bam red and blue flashing explosion.

Nice. But you autofail for not actually watching the episode. The entire episode was the was the cause, but only one scene in specific triggered the big chain of seizures. The entire episode was filled with flashing white and yellow lights along with flashing red to blue lights.Slypher said:

Erm well I doubt Porygon 2 will ever appear, if it did it would be nice and it would stop all of these topics from ever comming up again. But I really wouldn't mind seeing Porygon or Porygon 2 but then again I wouldn't care if they didn't appear.

I don't really care about Porygon not appearing again, as I despise the wretched digi-lump, but Porygon2 would be nice, and it has potential for a good episode. Here's what could happen.........
The gang win a tour around Silph Co., and while they are being taken around they are showed some people attempting to make an upgrade for Porygon. However, Team Rocket steal the upgrade, use it on a Porygon (evolving it) and use the new Pokemon to enter cyberspace. They then start deleting and hacking computers all over Kanto, and it's up to the gang and a young upstart scientist to stop them. It would be a two parter, and it would end with the scientist proving himself by hacking into the computer mainframe for all of Kanto and deleting all the Porygons. Because of this, Team Rocket loose there steed and are lost into cyberspace........ Until a few eps later, when they escape to Giovanni with the upgrade, and he uses it to activate a massive mecha he's been constructing!

Porygon(2)'s signature move Conversion(2) is really cool. Porygon turning into koffing was neat in that episode.
I'd like to see a character like Duplica have porygon(2) or a new trainer with transforming pokemon like Casform, Ditto, Porygon(2), Kecleon, and.... something that knows (and uses) substitute.
It'd be a cool episode, I'd think.
