Porygon episode rly causes seisures?

I looked at part of the episode with Porygon the banned episode,I watched it and all i saw was the blue/red flashes but how did that cause seisureS?i felt ok if theres sumthing like this or its a stupid question,plz dont hurt me!

Yes it did. It was in the Guinness Book of World Records. Did you watch it on TV or on a computer? That might explain why. Also everyone that watched it didn't have a seizure. Maddiejoan included. ;025;

It's bound to cause seizures, but your chances are heightened if you stare directly at it. There was a study that suggested that many of the original views probably sat too close to the tube, which is how they were affected. So perhaps at a distance, it wouldn't do much, but that's not an official claim. Still be careful because I got a headache from it.

Watching it on the computer won't cause the same effect as on the TV. Especially when you usually see compressed versions of the video on the internet.

Yes, it does cause seizures, and probably you would probably experience them if you saw the original one. IIRC every copy of the Porygon episode online or whatever has a lower quiality, which won't give you any seizures.

It's not the quality of the file, it's that a computer screen and a television screen have different scanning patterns.
