Possible Fake or Real Remake? (G/S)

I found this on PokeSho just a few minutes ago. I REALLY don't know if this is just a fanart created on this Japanese Pokemon Fan Website or the real deal. Can someone clarify this for me?

If it is a fake, you can close this thread. Take a look for yourself. I can't seem to know how to translate just the webpage...

EDIT: It seems to say it's on the GBA. >.> I just went to the Japanese Pokemon website. I just saw a thing (obvious) for Emerald and (everyone knows this including myself) that you can get Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile. However, they have new drawings and are updated with the R/S/E style of artwork (the ones you see in a strategy guide).

This question has been asked more times than I can count since that fan art was made. It's not a real remake, it's just fan art.

Pokesho is a fan art site created by japanese fans of the show

so obivously that's just fanart, much like nearly everything else on that site.

Yeah it looks like fanart. But I wish they had a remake of G/S.

Remember: Pokésho isn't an official site. Just a Fan Site. Knowing how many fans want such remakes, they did that. Prolly as a teaser... who knows?

Ohh well. They have quite weird ideas and make the official stuff look bad. Big time.

Ah, I didn't know that. I didn't know about PokeSho before I looked at someone's signature that had a link to there.

But on the Japanese Pokemon website, they had different official artwork of Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile.
