It's just a Breloom...Colored REALLY oddly. The anime artists DO make mistakes like that once in a while. Remember Brock's magical blue Crobat? o_O

Well going with what Jynxo said I'm going to close this. Maybe the color of that pic's messed up or something. There's the Breloom that's being discussed here and the really light blue Marill. Anyways, *closes*
