Right. I don't like threads like this, to be honest. It just gives people an excuse to list off random Pokemon which requires no thought or effort whatsoever. Unless people actually give some reasons for their choices, I'll close this.

Munchlax- A D/P pokemon that is pretty funny

Brock (assuming he tags along):

Marshtomp- Since May and Ash should keep their starters Brock should too
Forretress- I've always liked Forretress and even though it stayed all of Hoenn, it barely comes out of its pokeball
Bonsly- D/P pokemon that could be interesting. Plus it gives Brock somewhat of a breeding role


Max:

Something! Please just one pokemon (though I know it isn't happening >_>)

Jessie:

Seviper: Still remains awesome despite how weak it is portrayed
Wobbufet: Can still have some comical humor and it is popular amoung fans
Manyula: Jessie needs a D/P pokemon and Manyula is perfect. plus Jessie wants a Sneasel

James:

Cacnea: Cool if it evolved but Cacnea is still good

OK, firstly, do you guys really think that all the Hoenn starters are staying? They're done with their advertising job. And I'd rather they get Oaked than pull a Charizard and actually leave the show.

And, Rancid Meat, Manene is the best pokemon on Team Rocket, I'll bet you don't really know much about it. It's cute, funny, loyal and a good battler at times. It's definitely got to stay. But I'm worried about how long Seviper, Dustox and Cacnea have left...

Well, at this point we can't really adequately speculate about what teams they will have, as we don't know much about the fourth generation. I will predict that May's Squirtle will leave, as it has already achieved its full potential. Also, Corphish is out, as is Swellow. Sceptile could go either way, but I think he'll stay. Donphan should stay because he needs more training. Brock will keep his team, though we all want Bonsly to evolve.

Hmm...what did I say in the other thread about this?

For Ash: Pikachu is definitely coming sadly. Corphish and Swellow will be Oak'ed. I love Sceptile, but I think it should be Oak'ed too. I'd like Ash to hold onto Donphan unless it plays a major role in the Pyramid and possibly the final battle(s). My pipe dream wish is that Ash takes Cyndaquil and teh Muk with him, but that'll never happen.

For May: Combusken and Munchlax are givens. I actually like Squirtle, but I don't see it staying sadly (re Skitty). Eevee will stick around if it evolves into a possible D/P evolution or if it doesn't evolve. If it evolves into a R/B/Y/G/S/C form, then it'll leave.

For Brock: Forretress will stay for some odd reason. So will Bonsly unfortunately. Hmm...Marshtomp. If the writers intend to have Brock go to the next region and intend for him to have another starter, then it will be left behind. If they don't intend to have him with a starter, then I'd like him to keep it. If it evolves, then either way, it'll be left behind.

For Jesse: Sorry to say it, but I don't see Dustox going to the next region. Seviper and Wobbuffet will.

For James: Cacnea will be in the next region. He's obviously taking Manene with him (yay). I'd also love for him to get Chimecho back too.

Meowth is not owned by Jesse BTW.
