on the master cards i can only fit 3 pokemon for now so choose which one when u do i will post both of the cards ka?

Can you make me a animated Quagsire sprite that slightly moves its arms? It can be scratch or real. Just as long as it has Advance Shading.

Edit: the one in my sig is temporary.
