Fire Fang > Ice Fang on Stoutland, as Fire Fang gives you a way to hit Steel-types, who would otherwise wall you.

You don't need to run both Fly and one of Hurricane or Brave Bird on Swanna; Fly is perfectly useable as a STAB move in-game. Replace Brave Bird or Hurricane with Blizzard for further coverage.

You could run Substitute + Flame Charge as the last two moves for Chandelure, as a way to boost your Speed. Hex + Will-o-wisp is unnecessary since you've already got the more reliable Shadow Ball, and Solarbeam's turn of charging up is unappealing as it leaves you vulnerable for a turn.

Brick Break > Superpower on Conkeldurr; Superpower makes Bulk Up's boosts worthless, and Brick Break is fine for a STAB move, really.

If you have access to BW2, I'd consider Aqua Tail > Leech Seed on Serp, however Return can also be used.

Maybe Calm Mind > Dream Eater to setup while the opponent is asleep. Hypnosis should allow a few boosts.

Use Energy Ball and Calm Mind in the last two slots for Chandelure, or use Zhanton's set.

You can use Superpower instead of Fire Fang for Stoutland if you have BW2 for a lot more power. Keep Fire Fang if you don't have BW2.

- Blizzard EDIT: Okay, it can't learn Blizzard apparently. Any other suggestions?

I'd suggest Ice Beam but I'm pretty sure that's post-game, so maybe just go with Toxic? It pairs up pretty well with Fly to rack up some damage. That or Tailwind is nice since Stoutland, Musharna and even Chandelure would appreciate the Speed boost, although Tailwind hinders Conkeldurr's Payback strategy, so if you go with Tailwind you probably don't want to switch in Conkeldurr.
