Pre-ordering? Help please!

Is there any sites that you can pre-order games o a country outside America? Amazon.com doesn't, and as
PokéCenter doesn't transport to Canada I don't think they'll transport to Europe.

I meant Rangers. It comes October 30 to US.
I don't live in England, I live in Sweden were no events are held.
