Wow, I'm actually preparing a team.
And I have some questions.
The team will be:

Blaziken
Hearacross
Rhydon
Gardevoir
Raikou/other electric type
Snorlax/other tank (VERY unlikely)

So, since my raikou has a serious nature, which is neutral, do you think I should use some other electric type?
And i'm almost 100% sure i'm using snorlax, but if there is any other poke that would be WAY better than him, then i'll replace him.

Go ahead, you can still calm mind up to boost special, if its for bf or some over place I would want a better nature.

Well, it's a general team. I might use 3 members of it for the BF, and i'll probably battle my friend with it. (He doesn't give a crap about natures, right movesets, etc. though.)
EDIT: Also, I can't get sub on Raikou.
EDIT 2: Can someone PLEASE answer this?

I'm assuming you're using the standard set for Blaziken, Nightcat? (SU, RS, SD, OH/FB/FT). Anyway, you've probably got TB on Gardevoir, and Electrics are weak to the oh so common EQ, so maybe ditch it for a different type of Pokemon?

nice team... Blaziken should have a standard set, same with heracross, Raikou should have thunderbolt,calm mind, sub, t-wave. Snorlax should have either a stalker set or curse set (IMO, stalker set) Rhydon should have megahorn, EQ, rock slide and return, Gardevoir should have t-bolt, psychic, WoW, calm mind.

I need to know, what electric/special type/pokemon should I use over Raikou?
(It won't seem 'perfect' if I don't have all the right natures.) :p

CM Raikou will help you more than a Starmie imo.
Even if it does have a Serious Nature.
Simply Send it in against another Electric type, or something that can't land a Super hit on it, and CM up. imo give it Rest and a Chesto Berry for Sweeping fun (in the BF).

Mabie something with more SDef, but Regice isn't needed for you already have enough Special Pokemon.
Blissey might be a good asset, but imo Keep Lax.

Yeah, I wanna use lax, and plus i'd have to get 48 more BP and whatever it takes to get t-wave for bliss.
And, for some reason I don't wanna use 'kou, I'll use starmie unless there's something completely better.
(Taking FOREVER to get timid on it. >_<)

Depending of what you want, the pokemon you chose are unique, but you'll have to improve on pokemon. Dark pokemon + Psychic pokemon are a good match & I've always thought, you need different types of pokemon.

Please remember people, this is in-game with the occasional battle with my (crappy move/nature pokemon possessing) friend.
Besides, the types are pretty varied:

Blaziken: Fire/Fighting
Hearacross: Bug/Fighting
Rhydon: Rock/Ground
Gardevoir: Psychic
Milotic: Water
Snorlax: Normal

Those are all pokemon I really want to use, and they're good too.
The only duplicate of types I have is two fightings, which have contradicting second types (sort of) and serve different purposes.

O.K. I get the point, thin is Milotic is pretty powerful, you need defensive moves from Grass/Electric moves.

I'm just surprised you didn't use an Umbreon to tank instead, You could use a nice dark\type in there anyway. The right Umbreon can píss all over snorlax ;3

Raikou is good reguardless of the nature, unless it's a real downgrade.. (which in this case it isn't).
I guess you could replace it with a Lanturn or Raichu, but that is up to yu.
