Preimer Ball...?

I'm clueless as to what it does...does anyone else have a clue as to what it's purpose is?

I belive that it's used primarily on Shiny Pokemon, being a different color of a Pokeball, but the same effect is used on regular Pokemon...

It's exactly the same as a pokeball. I don't think it has to do with shinys.

It is a plain pokeball with an alternate colour. Nothing else.

its just like a normal pokeball but its a diffrent color and the sparks that come out of it when you send out a pokemon is diffrent

The only use it has is to act as special addornment. Shiny pokemon or those that you think would be a "bishie" (best friend) that you find in the wild.

Yep, basically the Premier Ball is a buy ten get a special reward kinda thing that can allow you play favorites to catch certain Pokemon...or it's just another pointless ball to throw in an attempt to "catch 'em all"™.

That would probably be when the spraying machine for the normal pokeballs malfunctioned, coating several of them in white paint. I hear it's referred to as "The Spraying Incident".
