Presents at night?

I was wondering, this may sound stupid but can you find presents at night or during rain or snow or when it's cloudy?

I havn't found one when its cloudy yet

Yes I have seen (and shot down) presents on cloudy, even snowy days. At night you look for shooting stars and Gulliver and his spacecraft.

Wrong thread. And yeah, anything appears on cloudy days except for shooting stars. I believe they only appear on clear nights.

Does it matter if you see shooting stars, are they special?

Yeah, if you press A or tap your character when you see one, you'll get a special present the next day from "Wishy the Star."

Probably 8AM or 10AM, somewhere in there. They always appear when I'm not looking at my game, and I get them at the last second

Thanks for the Wishy Star info. (I didn't know about that I just thought they were cool) I wear earphones on the DS to hear the presents coming.
