.....or so the world thought. But when one rogue agent resurrects the production of Shadow Pokémon..........

"What happened to you? Those guys looked strangely familiar..."

"They ambushed me on my way home! And....they had Shadow Pokémon!"

"What?!!! Rich....NO! Not again....."

....the world's peace will be once again thrown into danger, and it will force two heroes back onto the trail to hunt the most frightening Shadow Pokémon ever created.........with powers so great, it would cause the world to fall into utter chaos if it were unleashed.....

"XD003! The ultimate Shadow Pokémon....even XD-02 would fall to it!"

.....this time the fate of all the Pokémon in the world hangs in the balance.....

No, he traded it in for an equally-flamboyant shiny purple cape in my version. He's still got the weird skin-tight top and the wacky hair, though.

So, a sequel to Pokemon XD: Enigma Shadow eh? Looking forward to it! I already have a couple of guesses who XD003 is but I'll wait and see how the plot goes in this sequel.

[SPOIL]The 'Bii didn't appear in XD: Gale of Darkness, and 83 Shadow Pokémon were purified. Plus even though it appeared in Enigma Shadow, it was only to briefly weaken Mewtwo so it could be captured.

I won't say what it is yet, but here's a hint: it's so strong, Master Balls fail against it.[/SPOIL]

A couple other little teaser notes:

--Rich and Anabel are the stars this time, but Steven and Ashley will likely appear (and [SPOIL]Rich will most likely recieve e-mails on his P*DA from them)[/SPOIL]

--The story will be set in Orre, and will follow a wholly original plot different from Colosseum and Gale of Darkness.

--Four new Orre locations will debut. They are [SPOIL]the ONBS Skyscraper, Sorbera Island, Arland Beach, and the Northwest Orre Ranch. There also is a new building where ONBS used to be in Pyrite Town.[/SPOIL]

Could the Northwest Orre ranch be home toWes and Rui? I don't know but I hope we'll get at least a mention of them.

Sorbera Island might be a base of Cipher IMO.

Here's another teaser, done in the style of a preview in a magazine:

When the high-tech metropolis of Larousse City gets boring for Rich and Anabel, they set out on a vacation to commemorate their first anniversary. Their destination is the region of Orre, a place familiar to the kind of evil that Rich and Anabel had to defeat one year ago. Soon they discover that a rogue Enigma Shadow agent who escaped prison has resurrected the evil organization in Orre, and Rich has no choice but to take up the Snag Machine again and track down the new evil mastermind.

But somewhere in Orre a great evil lurks....a power so great it would spell doom for the world if the new Enigma Shadow unleashed it. This is much more than a fighting machine like XD-02 Shadow Mewtwo---XD003 is capable...of much more terrifying things.

With help from allies old and new, Rich and Anabel will head all around Orre to find the source of the evil and stop the plan to unleash XD003 in Pokémon XD^2: The Return of Shadow.

I have yet to read the last chapter of Pokemon XD, but I know for a fact that this sounds good. Your always good at making unexpected plot twists, and good characters. I'm deeply interested.

I thought the fate of the whole world already hung in the balance in XD: Enigma Shadow?

I can't really answer that question without spoiling too much, so all I can say right now is that it's a different kind of threat (ie: not the same thing they tried to do the first time)
