This evolved from a sketch and just sort of developed itself.
Its supposed to be transparent, and it does show up transparent on deviantart, but the transparency doesn't ever seem to work when I upload it to imageshack. Anyway, here's the picture.

This is fantastic. You captured a style of art that not many can pull off easily. All in greyscale, except for the primary colors on the skirt. I'm really diggin' this. There's nothing to critique on, because it needs no improvement. This is one of the only *perfect* pieces I've seen on this board.
Keep doing art; I can practically guarentee that you'll go far.

Anyway, I never said it looked bad, just freaky. I think all surrealism is freaky. Am I allowed to voice my opinion and not get shot down by "mature" people who don't understand the concept of something so distant and far out as an "opinion".

At the artist: And no, the picture does not look bad, it looks like you worked really hard on it.

I really love the colors and shading. It also gives off a deep mysterious mood to the viewer. One thing you could touch up a bit on though is the outline in some areas like the head. This pic is simply pwnage.

the dress is nicely done , the way you used the -dodge tool?- is really cool,
isn't it supposed to be the primary colors? There´s green too, but don't worry it looks fine for me, Maybe you would like to add a background, in greyscale perhaps? it definetly would make a better contrast effect with the dress and all... so ,yeah...

I think she looks brilliant. The way its so dull from her waist up and then like a rainbow from her waist down, the contrast just works.

I wanted the base to be primary colors, and then other colors accenting them just to make the dress and picture more interesting. And The background is supposed to be transparent, but when I uploaded it to imageshack it came up as light blue.

o_o There's no hair. XD....The shading is very good and the dress has a nice design.

But the skin is gray, it has no color in its eyes, no hair, it looks like those fake models that stand in poses that are displayed in glass cases in front of the clothing shop.

Overall it's good.

i love the way you've only used bloack and white shades and then you have the bright primary colours at the bottom of the dress.
