We all expect P/D to have about 500 Pokemon, right? Right. We all think that's a really good number, right? Wrong. See, if the Pokemon keep getting updated until there's about 10,000? That wouldn't be fun. If they stopped making them? No fun. What's gonna happen?

more pokemon = better, as long as we have backwards compatability. when they stop backwards compatability they've screwed themselves.

Hmm, this really is too close to this thread to remain open, and to be honest, this seems more like a General Discussion thing, as you seem to be talking about Pokemon's future in general, not just these games.
