Problem with Eastern Time.

Okay. It seems the Eastern Time isn't coming up right. It says it's after 11:00 PM when it's really after 10:00 PM. Can someone help me change it or something? BTW, I tried Central and Alantic Times and Central comes up the same as Eastern.
