Problem with SOS mail codes.

Well, dont know if others got this problem, but when i try to put in an SOS code to rescue some1, if a O is in the code, i cant type it. why do you say? because the O on my "notepad" in the game is red, not white, so i cant press it :/. ive tried with 0 instead, but it doesnt work. please, any1 help?

true, and if the code does not ork, then you typed it wrong or the code itself is wrong.
