problem with stadium 1

has any1 experienced this problem aswell

as when i play stadium 1 normally after i beat mew2 all my save data goes i dont think its a problem with the internal battery as i can save everything personally fine or is pokemon stadium one of them games where you press start when it turns on all the save data goes.
help would be appriciated also my friend has stadium and it hasnt happened to him

Are you sure it's an official copy of the game? I've had problems with mine but the save function's never gone on any of my N64 games...

its offical it has the nintendo seal of quality the furthest i ever got without it deleting was the 1st cup on pokeball masterball cupcuz i went for that 1 first
