Problems: Trade Colosseum to Sapphire

Hey there,

I am currently having the following problem:
I am trying to trade my Pokemon from Colosseum to Sapphire. I finished Colosseum already and trading from Colosseum to LeafGreen does work.

Connecting to Sapphire it works until my team on the Sapphire version is tested. As soon as the team is being checked the GameBoy Advance in the Colosseum screen has a little red cross and I am told to turn off the game.
Trading does not work

The internal battery of my Sapphire version is empty, I am using the German version of both games.
I tried to restart the game and trade. Doesn't work,

From the internet to me it seems, that Sapphire has no requirements to trade to another version.

I will keep trying but would love to get some ideas what to do or maybe someone solved a problem just like mine before.
