Problems With Amazon.com

Okay im having problems with Amazon.com, in that it just wont open. I don't know why and its not blocked or anything. It wont work in netscape or internet explorer. Im beginning to get the feeling that its my anti virus software but I dont know how to resolve it. Im using avg free if that helps anyone to help me.

I've tried every address I can think of. Even a couple of the various international versions of amazon. As for the how long is hasn't been working. Well I cant remember the last time I was there with it working. This year sometime tho. I just tried it about two or three weeks ago and nothing!

And it doesnt work with firefox either. Took off the firewall and that doesnt work. Closed the virus checker and that didnt do it either. Im not sure if maybe the virus checker is still "working" when its been closed. Im only suspicious of the virus checker because I installed that this year and thats the only thing I can think of thats changed since I was last on amazon.

Which virus checker/firewall do you use?
Be sure to put it under "Allowed sites".

What exactly happens when you try and access the page? Do you get a blank page, 404 error, or does the program just not respond? Could you provide some screenshots too?
