I'm having problems with Audacity. Let me set this up for you guys first.
You see... my parents changed Internet providers and the wireless stuff wouldn't work for one of my computers because it's to old. The minimum for the wireless was Windows 98 2nd Edition, and I guess my old computer has Windows 98 1st Edition.
Anyway... to make a long story short, I had to switch everything over to another computer. (my labtop)
Well... when I downloaded Audacity... it's not letting me use the drop down list at all on my labtop and I can't record music from the speakers. I can record, but, it sounds "ripped" (low volume, hard to hear, etc.) I tried it on another computer and still wasn't able to record from the speakers.
Basically... I can't record what I'm hearing. Whether it's music/sound from YouTube, a CD or whatever. I have absolutely no idea what the problem is. Can someone here please help me figure this out? Please?
Thanks.
