• Hi all
    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
    Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.

Sure, the GTS has problems. But it works both ways; When I ask for something, say from the swarms, I get it within five minitues if I offer a Starter. Therefore I don't have to bother with waiting for the right day and all of that.

And why would you trade a starter for a swarm Pokemon?

Starters are stronger and cooler. Seek help.

People get WAAAY too greedy on the gts. It's almost laughable when you see some idiot asking for a lv. 100 mew for a starly. It's also unbelievably frustrating since they make it harder to find honest trades

Even if the GTS is broken and there are many stupid people, you can still find diamonds in the rough. I have gotten numerous amazing things from the GTS. You just have to look harder for the best deals.

Yeah, there are some really good trades. A few days ago, I saw someone offering a legendary for a level 40+ male Buneary. I think it was one of the lake trio, or maybe Palkia. Someone else wanted a level 70 drapion or something for their Regigigas, which is also pretty fair.

a lv100 mew isn't very expensive and rare, a complete UT event that's rare.

i traded around 50 ho-oh's now and sofar i got only only one that was legit and UT.
the rest were all hacks and 10 ANIV but T and i can't use those.

This happens to me a lot everytime I go to the GTS, everybody wants to trade their pokemon for an uber pokemon like Lugia.

Sure, I don't love all the people who post retarded trades, but I've gotten so many great things from it.

I would also like to be able to remove all retarded trades from my view list, I want a filter and I'll never trade a mew for a wurmple (unless I put up my shiny wurmple)

i cant get on gts anymore due to my mom messing with wireless settings but its everything everybody else said, wasnt a total loss though, i got myself a milotic which i assume was captured from cynthia(met at lvl 63, same moveset, met at pokemon league) which i use to breed a feebass to get my own milotic

There are a few things that annoy me about GTS like others have mentioned already 1:people asking for rare or high level pokemon for something common like a wurmple or bidoof, it's not a fair trade&makes thing uneccesarily hard when you're looking for something simple 2:Not being able to see stats OT name etc 3:having to actually see a pokemon before you can look for it on gts...how are you supposed to complete your dex that way??!

well i dont like hacking but i love when i see for example a shiny lv 100 deoxys and they are asking for a lv 9 mew my neighbor has an AR so i tell him to give me a lv 9 mew to trade for that pokemon it makes me so happy cuz they are showoffs and i imagin ethere faces when they get the mew lol

I've never actually used the GTS properly, beside to test the cloning glitch out of curiosity. I attempted to clone a random Psyduck, couldn't do it and never used the GTS again.

I hate the "The GTS is very busy" screen.
Everytime, it makes us loose a Pokémon we wanted. =.=
