I have issues with the grammar, the size of the text, the amount of blank space left, and the fact that you're doing TUP (which is something just about no one does any more, thank god). Apart from that the story's boring and tired so far. Don't get caught up in the many useless comments you've received.

I had no idea, but I just thought, it might mean Text Under Panel. I think it's alright, though.

This proves you probably didn't read any of the tutorials or FAQs. TUP is short for "Text Under Panel", where an author lazily writes the words below the panel. This is frowned upon, as it's a cheap, easy way to get a comic done in five minutes. Real comics do not have TUP, so why should a Fan-Comic?
