WOO WRITING INSPIRATION GO
Safe Flat, Black City, Unova
Just as fast as Corvin found himself in the cave he returned to the apartment. A glance at the clock on the wall showed a little over an hour had passed.
A soft groan made Corvin turn his attention toward Emily Wright.
The girl was starting to stir in her sleep. It wouldn't be long before she woke up.
Thanks the the... intrusion with his sleep, there wasn't going to be as much time as he had hoped, but still enough. After all, thinking quickly was what Corvin did best.
It was almost showtime.

The first thing Emily noticed was how dark everything was. Black walls, grey furniture; even the drinking glass on the slate grey table in front of her was pitch black. Then, just a moment later, the panic set in. Where was she? How did she get here? She was about to let it out when a commanding voice silenced her. It was deep - definitely that of a man, Emily subconsciously thought - and it it had a hint of an accent Emily didn't recognize. "Don't be afraid, little one. I have no intent to harm you. I just want to talk."
The initial surge of panic subsiding a tad, she found enough nerve to ask a question, though her voice shook greatly when she asked it. "W-w-who are you? W-where am I?"
Again the voice spoke, this time long enough for Emily to find its owner: a thin man with pale skin - though not pale enough to look sickly - sitting in a chair in the corner of the room. Amid the gloomy interior his light blue eyes shown like a cat's in the night. Somewhere in the logical part of her brain Emily wondered how she had only noticed them now. "All you need to know is I'm someone you can trust." His tone was strong and confident, but soft enough for Emily to tell he was sincere in what he said. "You are in grave danger, because you are unique. One of a kind, if you will. You, my dear, are a Legendary Child: a human who has a unique bond with a specific being of myth unlike anyone in existance at the same time. Much like the Red and Blue orbs are to Groudon and Kyogre, only where the orbs are merely stone, a Legendary Child is a living being.
"Even among the Children though you are special. You're Legend is greater than the others combined, supposedly. That is why I am here, to protect you. The same goes for my... partner, who you have already met." The man nodded down the the glass on the table. "Do you want a drink? It's simply water. If you don't want that I'm sure there is some sort of soda I could get."
Emily looked down at the drink, and then nodded no.
The man shrugged. "Suit yourself. Though I can see why you might not trust me yet. Perhaps my partner might rectify that."
Without another word the blue-eyed man stood and walked across the room to an adjoining door. Emily watched in silence as he turned the knob and disappeared inside.

"You're up." The brisk whisper woke Wallis first. "You know more about the powers and inner-workings of the Children. Go enlighten her. Make her trust you."
She looked over at Corvin, who leaned against the wall opposite the bed watching the still open door. It took her a moment to process his words, but once she did any traces of fatigue vanished. "So she's awake?"
"Yeah, and she doesn't seem to be warming up to me. If anything she's still frightened, not that I blame her. So you're going to have a chat with her, see if she'll come around." Corvin stepped away from the wall, and walked back to the door. "A word of advice," he added in a voice barely audible to Wallis, "only lie when necessary. I find sticking to the truth when possible yields the best results. And I think it is needless to say to not try anything funny."

It seemed barely a minute passed before the man emerged again. Without so much as a glace toward Emily he briskly walked out of the apartment, grabbing a coat on his way out. Another moment passed, and a second person came out of the bedroom and sat down in the same seat the man had occupied earlier. To Emily's surprise, she recognized the girl as the one who scared her back in Celestic what seemed like ages ago.

As Corvin made his way down to the lobby, he couldn't help but pull out a small cell phone. Pressing a button, the phone came back to life, showing the same picture it had when he last used it only a few moments ago. A picture of a girl, no older than fifteen, with blond hair and blue eyes, just waking up from a nap. Slightly blurry, even for a basic phone camera, but perfect for its purpose.
Corvin paused as he waited for the elevator doors to open. For a moment he allowed a brief smile to grace his lips.
Even if Wallis turned out to be a turncoat, he had his insurance. After all, a picture is a thousand words. And should the need arise, in the hands of Interpol such a picture is priceless.
The elevator stopped at the ground floor and Corvin strolled across the lobby into the black interior of the aptly named city. From deep within his mind Corvin swore could faintly hear the voice of ice chuckle.

Interpol Unova HQ, Opelucid City, Unova
"So you're sayin' you got nothin'?"
Tyrell Chevron sighed and leaned back in his chair. "Exactly that. Sure we have some dossiers of people who might be connected, but nothing that warrants a man-hunt. If we could even find them. Some people we have in the file have completely dropped off the grid."
"Mind if I take a look at the file?"
"Knock yourself out," Chevron said as he picked a file folder off his desk and slid it over to Fosco. "Take what you read with a grain of salt though. Personally I think it is all bullsh
it, but what are you gonna do."
A knock on the door to their office drew both men's attention. Seeing a young woman standing standing on the other side of the glass wall, Tyrell beckoned her in with a wave of his hand. "Well hellooo Clarissa," he said in his laid-back manner. "Ready to get to work? Hey Lionel can I have that file back?"
Lionel looked up from it, feigning an interest in it. "Oh, yeah. Sure. I probably should get goin' anyway. Make sure to call me if you get any leads on Ingram."
Tyrell gave a mock salute and winked. "Gotcha Fosco."

A few minutes later Lionel was behind the wheel of his car, headed to the subway station. With every bump or pothole in the road the Interpol agent could feel the rustle of the few papers he managed to snag when neither Chevron or Audrey were looking. With luck, Fosco figured, neither would notice them gone.
He then sighed. If he had any sort of luck he wouldn't even have been in this mess.

Okie dokie loki, so Mon, I'm leaving Wallis and Emily to you while I do some other stuff. Hopefully I gave you enough to work with.
And Purple, you have my full permission to do what you want with Tyrell. He's mostly easy-going and laid-back, as I tried to make it clear through the couple things I've done with him, but if you have any questions about him feel free to ask me 'em.
