Appearance: Zane has longish red hair with black streaks running through it. It is worn in a spiked up fashion (Like this). He wears a red jacket with black trim, that is unzipped most of the time. He wears a back T-shirt underneath that changes to a dark red half way down his torso. He wears black cargo pants with red trim, mostly on the knees with silver accenting both colours. His shoes, a pair of Element Skate shoes are also a mixture of red and black. Zane has fair skin, that doesn't lack too much colour, but he does burn easily in the summer. He is a tall and slender teen who stands at 6'2". He's not muscular, but is quick and agile, a handy ability when things get sticky. Zane's eyes are a Crimson red, and unusual colour for most people.
Personality: Zane is a very upbeat guy who loves to crack jokes whenever he feels like it. It's easy to get along with this teen, seeing as he's pretty much like a father to those around him. He's not the type of guy to run straight into a battle nor is he one to stand back and watch the danger unfold. He fights when he feels like he's needed, or if he's bored. Zane is usually calm and level-headed when things get heated, a good qualm for a heated Pokemon battle. When you first meet him he may be slightly reserved, his crimson eyes searching to make sure that you're okay. If you're okay he usually cracks a smile, and his upbeat personality comes rushing forth like waves on the beach.
History: Both of Zane's parents are Pokemon Rangers, they took a well needed vacation to Hoenn before Zane was even born. After finishing a very gruelling mission, Professor Hastings had sent them on a year long vacation, the couple wasn't going to object. They picked Lavaridge as a vacation spot, and quickly began to enjoy everything the Town had to offer. Though it wasn't long before Zane's mother had found out that she was pregnant. They took things easy from then on and decided that once the baby was born, they would return back to Fiore. Nine months later and Zane was born. The new family returned to Fiore not long after and Zane grew up in Summerland, his mother suspending her duties as a ranger until her son was old enough to go to the ranger academy and become a ranger himself.
Once he turned ten his mother sent him to the ranger academy, with an egg that was bound to hatch any day, and returned to her ranger duties. For two years Zane studied at the ranger academy. He eventually graduated and was stationed at Fall City. The boy was delighted to start his duties as a new ranger, though he felt like something was missing. The egg his mother had given him had hatched into a Mudkip, and the two made their way down to Fall City. For Two more years he did his duties, even fought beside his parents, befriending Pokemon and helping people out. Then one day he stumbled across a book that told stories about people in far off regions capturing and training Pokemon, challenging gyms, and going out on a journey. The very thought excited Zane, and he finally knew what was missing. He wanted to become a Pokemon Trainer!
After explaining what he wanted to do with his parents, they reluctantly agreed and purchased Zane a boat ticket and he traveled to Kanto. He landed in Vermillion city, and with his newly evolved Swampert by his side, he started his journey as a Pokemon trainer. He purchased some Pokeballs from the Pokemart, and set off capturing many Pokemon along the way.
That was four years ago, now Zane has traveled to pretty much every region, except Sinnoh, obtained every badge from that region, excluding Unova, and had placed in the top 8 in all tournaments. He recently landed in Unova and has started to travel. around there.
Abilities:
-Zane always regulates a warmer then average body temperature.
- He can manipluate earth
- He can create massive earthquakes
- He can heat up the air around him to create a static charge that zaps everyone within ten feet.
- He is not bothered by heat

Other: Zane found Coal as an injured Charmander, the fire lizard was near the water and its tail was about to go out. Zane saved the Pokemon just in time.
