Also, the Magic Guard + Wonder Guard ability combo would be SO VERY VERY BROKEN on anything. ANYTHING.

No. It only works with attacks. Sheddy dies on the switch in. Anyway, put your Lugia banners next to each other, so your clan banners don't go out of sig limit.
