Promotional Pokemon

Hello, this is my first post but I have been reading Serebii.net and the forums for many years. I come using my first post to ask for help today. I have always believed that serebii.net would be a better and more complete site(especially the excellent Pokedex) if it had information on Promotional Pokemon (such as JAA and NYPC).

Now if you have any information on these Pokemon, I also have one other request. I am looking for only those promtional Pokemon that work in R/S/FR/LG/E/C/XD. Pokemon I know about so far are Jirachi, Celebi, Shiny Zigzagoon, Refresh Metang, and the 20 JAA Pokemon. I am looking for the following stats: Pokemon name, OT, ID, special moves, items, gender, and anything else that makes the Pokemon unique.

I would love it if Serebii made a Game Mechanics page on this information, but I am more than willing to post a complete list if ya'll are willing to help me out. Again, I have spent many hours searching the forums and Google, and have only found very small lists (not complete). The majority of lists I come across are NYPC Pokemon from G/S/C, and while I do find those lists fascinating as well, I am looking for Pokemon from R/S/FR/LG/E/C/XD.

I have posted on GameFAQs as well, and while met with kindness there, I have not made even a small dent in this "quest." I am also strongly considering posting my request on Smogon, as I know their NetBattle contains various NYPC moves for their Pokemon. I know that there has for some time been a rivalry between these sites, but (sorry to sound cliche) as a Pokemon community, I feel that we should work together to try to get as much information as possible on these Promotional Pokemon.

I am aware that I am asking that ya'll help me out on something that possibly many do not care about. However, if you do have some information, please do help.

I really appreciate all of your help, not just on these Promotional Pokemon, but on years of Pokemon information and knowledge. So thank you.

And in the pokedex, it shows the moves, stats, everything about them.

And the ticket ones will obviously have your ID, since you catch them.

Yes thank you, I have seen all of those pages. I already have the info for all of those Pokemon you mentioned too. I am looking for Pokemon that were perhaps released at NYPC for R/S/FR/LG/E. Not ticket Pokemon. And while those other Pokemon are the kinds I am talking about, I am looking for ones besides that. But thank you.

are you loking for info on all pokemon that have been aquired outside of teh actual games? I have a chansey that I got from the pokemon center before it turned into Nintendo World, would that be included in what you are looking for in addition to the others mentioned?

I've heard that the Celebi's (from 10 ANIV) OT can be male or female (blue/red) ,but in which conditions? Does it depend of the trainer's gender (male=blue/female=red) ,the version of the game (ruby=red/sapphire=blue) ?
