I'm trying to vary my Pokemon selections to use some Pokemon I've never had on teams before. Need some help with the EV spreads; I don't usually plan them out this well.

Obviously this one is traded over. I have a similar Houndoom on Emerald which I like very much, but have never really seen much use out of Roar. Suggestions for a fourth move if I can't get HP Grass?
