Protection -- For the heartbroken

I made this picture for my best guy friend who is in a really risky relationship and I know he is eventually going to get his heart smashed. Yes, well this is my picture saying that I will always be there for him and will protect him even when he hasnt the energy to stand anymore.

Awww, that is so sweet, how you dedicate a picture for your friend. The feet look a bit weird at the bottom. I really like how you shaded it. Your drawing style is simplistic when it comes to eyes, but I think it looks better that way.

As fas as the simplicity... I tend to use pixely lines instead of smooth ones for my artwork mostly because I like the way it looks, but is some ways its easier ^_^

yep thats my very best guyfriend... I love him to death (although sometimes I think he is oblivious )

Thanks, I really appreciate your comments. some times its hard ya know, hes still in HS but Im 350 miles away at college. that sort of thing can put any friendship to the test...

Ummm well lets see.... No it doesn't it looks fine too me =) but if you want it to be perfect so that people with hawk eyes can't start flaming you and using noOb talk, then i think the thumb on his hand should be longer(just a little bit ahaha just like 50 cent) or take out that line(so that it looks like it is more bended and covered.)

Thanks yall for the comments! Im hoping he will like the picture... I think Im gonna wait to give it to him until things start heading south with his girlfriend thing. if I gave it to him now, I don't believe it would have quite the same impact, ya know?

Overall the pic is very nice. Every thing in the pic is good but her one foot that is flat on the groundlooks ood. Though thats all there i can see really.

btw: I am sure he will like it when get gets. I know how timeing can be.
