I've recently bought my 3DS XL couple of days ago and I want to know if it's worth buying protector screens. So far, everywhere I go, they always comes with game holders, spare stylus and small bag. I don't want those since I have already have a lot of Pokemon figurine styluses and a sachel that I carry around. I only want the protector screens. That bundle costs $25. Cheapest one.

I've heard that the top screen is ruined when there's a protector screen there. Is that true?

Also, I'm sort of scared that I might scratch or cut the touch screen so I want to know if it's really worth it of buying the whole bundle. Is it?

I also have spare DS-Lite and two iPhone 4s protector screens... unsure if I should use those and crop them to fit... though I might get the wrong size if I try... Putting selotape on the screens might get bubbles or sticky there x_x; So please help me of which is the best //.^ nya~

Not worth it a bit.

Keep your fingers off the screens, keep the screens clean with a soft cleaning cloth and maybe some compressed air every so often, and don't stab your touch screen with the stylus like it killed your prized race horse, and you'll be fine.

Ah, okay. I don't have to worry. Thanks for that.

And yeah I use a soft cloth for screens for mine since I own three pieces when it get tons of lint when I use it. Thogh my DSL that Inuse before has a few protector screen scratches from the pokeathalon courses, nya~
