ps2 recomendations

[Mini Apocalypse]

Well hello. I'v just got a ps2 for christmas and some games to go with it. But as they were from my parents there not exactly....well there pants lets just put it that way.
Now as i'v never had a ps2 before now i dont pay much atention to the latest
games and i thought it a good idea to ask some experts on good ps2 games. So i can get some decent ones.

I'm gonna sound a little biased here but I really suggest getting Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne (it's going to be called Lucifer's Call in your area. Not only does it have an extremely dark plot, but it also plays pretty darn similar to Pokemon! Well, that is, if you're actually permitted to get it (tons of demons 'n stuff as well as others). Seriously though, if you are, I recommend that you get this.

If you like shoot 'em ups, and a WWII theme, I suggest any of the 'Medal Of Honour' series. I found the gameplay enjoyable, and the graphics are pretty decent as well. But, if you like third person view, you CANNOT go past 'James Bond 007: Everything Or Nothing'. That is a seriously fun game.

For racing games, I like 'Need For Speed: most wanted'. You get your little Honda Civic, or whatever, and turn it into Ferrari speed, and Rolls-Royce desireability.

I sound like I'm trying to sell these games, but I'm not, they are pretty darn good, IMO. But, each to their own.

Im with Skiks, get Kingdom Hearts. Then you should get Kingdom Hearts 2 which will probably be the closest thing to gaming perfection.

Final Fantasy X2
Timesplitters (any one of the three. I think 2 is best, though.)

DEFINITELY get Kingdom Hearts. Easy gameplay (unless you hate RPGs), smooth graphics and fun characters are the game's high points. Another game would be the Jak series or the Ratchet series. Final Fantasy is another good series, but you should try out the new Shadow of the Collosus game (beautiful scenery) as well. God of War is equally awesome, after all, what other game lets you run through ugly creatures like they were made of butter? Dynasty Warriors is also really fun because you basically slash your way through giant hordes of infantry men. Spartan: Total Warrior is similar to Dynasty Warriors, although the game is set in ancient Greece. Those are all the awesome games I can think of at the moment.

Star Wars Battlefront 2, my dear friend. You can play as one of the guys with a lightsaber and slice through enemies while running in the speed of sound.

They're all pretty good RPGs.

Or at least, would be, if Tales of the Abyss and Tales of Legendia aren't localized yet (Tales of the Abyss is out here, in Japanese, same with Tales of Legendia) and yes, they are good RPGs (I drool at the greatness that is Anise's Satsugeki Bukouken).

Radiata Stories...you'll love it I promise.

Also: Madden 2006, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy VII (it's a PSX game, but if you've never played it go after it anyways), Kingdom Hearts is a must....that would be my recomendations for the games you just gotta get.
