Okay, I'm playing PSO GC and I am a Lv45 RAcast with a Varista. I also have a Photon Launcher in the bank. Will I be able to take on Dark Falz?

Level 45 and you have a Varista? o_o Those are the most common rare handguns in the game.

And it kinda helps if you told us what difficulty you were playing. >_>

Oops. I am on Hard Mode.

What stats are you putting into your MAG? Also what kind of MAG do you have equipped?

I'm pretty sure you should be able to take on Dark Falz at that level since the level requirement to enter Very Hard Mode online is at lvl 40. So you should be fine if it's offline.
