Barrier and Calm Mind are basic stat uppers. Future Sight makes a nice move because it isn't affected by type.

No no, it still sucks. Just go with Psychic. Taunt > Barrier, passing defensive boosts usually isn't worth it since crits will still happen, preventing P/Hazing is better IMO.

I'm not too sure about Taunt though... What about Sub?

Always an option, but Taunt is to prevent (Pseudo-)Hazing.

Yes use taunt. Tbolt is cool too though.

Espyjump is a much better choice than Mr. Mime imo.

I like the Espeon spread. It works well. Another option I've considered is Girafarig. Of course, it can't do as good a job as Espeon.

Girafarig gets cool moves like thunderbolt, but it just doesn't have the stats to back it up. However, if you pass max defense, max attack, max speed, and max special defense to it, you can do fun stuff like this

However, if this is for a link battle team, do whatever you want, as I've found that almost anything works for link battles (as long as your friend doesn't know what's coming).
