Yes I've noticed that, but I think that Nintendo should create some Dark, Ghost, or Normal Legendaries. That would be a lot more interesting to me.

Psychic seems to be the main "special type" as psychic pokemon seem to have loads of different special powers. Most of these psychics can learn fire, water, ice and electric attacks.

yeah, there's a lot of psychic legends, and a lot of flying ones. that's why groudon with HP Bug and Rock Slide does so well in Ubers.

psychic types are like my favorite, not because of all the ubers but because there just cool to think about, think of all the problems they could solve in the pokemon world, the results are endless

Celebi isn't uber, just legendary. And, you forgot Wobbuffet. I think there's so many of them in uber and OU because Psychics usually have high Sp. Attack, and one other fairly good stat at least, few weaknesses, and a great movepool that works with their stats.

Wow, the quality of the posts here are so minimal... It saddens me to actually read through this topic.

Yes, a majority of Legendaries are Psychic types due to the fact that Nintendo metaphorically considers Psychic "Light" type to contradict the Dark type. Also, Psychic is a mystic force in this world, so this might also factor into the typing in Gamefreak.
