    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
    Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

I'm almost 99.99999% positive I haven't made this thread before....right?
I could've dreamt it and that's what I wanted to talk about today, you see I have this weird...ability, I guess to sort of see the future. If you don't believe me you don't have to say it just go away I guess :p

Anyway I go to sleep and I see like random scenes with me and others I know in it. Weeks or days, even months later it happens and I go through this massive
whoa saw that coming moment. Does this happen to anyone else? And no I'm not one of those old ladies who say they can see the dead bodies, I just dream this stuff. I'm a 14 year old so I'm pretty sure I'm not a crazy old "psychic" lady.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

I have this happen all the time! Not sure if this influences it, but I'm really into pagan culture, tarot cards, divination and the like.

It's not classed as "normal" by society. In most people's perfect worlds, everybody is straight, Caucasian, and exactly like them. No drugs, no weird abilities, etc.

I don't know if this counts, but sometimes when something happens I swear I saw the exact same thing happen before.

Because most of the scientific evidence have proven that psychic ability doesn't exist.

Those who claim that have psychic ability are mostly con people.

De ja vu. (I think I spelled that right) Yeah happens all the time to me too.

And yes sometimes it is really weird when I have these psychic moments, but I guess it's coincidence.

pretty sure most people have had this happen at least once.

i've had it happen a couple times. it's seemed to get less frequent as i've gotten older.

Go figure.
I'm almost 13 and I think I have a psychic ability... I can read people quite easily and tell what they are feeling by utilizing myself as a medium. Like when people are frustrated, I feel frustrated... Weird I know... And I think I can feel ghost's emotions too...

Yes. As other users posted the phenomena is called de ja vu. I hate to burst your bubble but:

1) As far as we can tell basically everyone experiences this phenomena and you're not that special
2) Research just points to the feeling being generated by an irregular electric discharge in your brain.

Unless you start keeping a dream diary you write in the instant you wake up, you can't really start saying you forsee the events in your dreams. Memory is a tricky aspect as the moment we recall [or think we recall] a memory we begin editing it.

You're into watered down pagan culture that was taken by new agers a.k.a. shakers and twisted a bit, not the authentic thing.

That is called empathy not really psychic ability. You may just be more empathetic than the average individual to which I say "Congrats."

I have weird stuff like this. But like if I think of something or someone then it happens or I see that person. Even if it's been forever since I've seen them.
