It's too big. You can see the sketchy pixel lines. Either resize it or make it smoother. I can't say I like it - there's no originality. It's a green person with mediocre shading and some bland text. Sorry.

To improve, shade, edit text, background, and change the person nistead of being very plain humanoid.
