Just experimenting with my baby, a 0.20mm Micron in Philosophy class...Fun, and nerve racking at the same time...bleh...anyway, ignore her hanging left eye and her right glove^_^"....

Edited with Levels in Photoshop because my scanner makes pen look like pencil...

That is amazing! I drawn several times in pen as well, and I have to agree with you: it makes you think about what you're doing because of the permanent...ness of a pen, as opposed to the changing...ness of a pencil. And yeah, it's late so I can't think of the right words that should be in the places of 'permanent...ness' and 'changing...ness.'

0.20mm? Fun =D Where do you find pens that thin? Looks pretty nice, the head looks a bit big near the top but eh. And with the pen being permanent... Pens are good for just drawing fast, right from your head, think lines, no changes and no plans. Gets your creativity flowing, you know. But i guess it would be different with Cartoons.

That face looks kinda fat and out of proportion, and the mouth is far too small.
Outside of that, that's all I can really find wrong with it, given the fact that it was done in a micro, which is incredibly tough to do in the first place >_>
