Oh I've never heard of that!?!? I know the master ball cheat, when you're trying to snag a pokemon, for your first pokemon's move go to items and use a master ball and with your second go to items and switch the master ball with any other ball and then pick an attack or use an item. The game treats the ball and shows it as a master ball so 100% catch rate but it swaps the place with another ball so you keep your master ball and it uses up one of your others that you switched it with.

Actually, such a glitch exists, though it isn't really a glitch.

When you first enter Agate, you are on a boardwalk, and you can see a little cliff thing to the left of the grass ramp you walk up. Go to that cliff, and try to walk off by holding DOWN on the control stick. Wes will then keep on walking as long you hold it down. If you have any Shadows in your party, each time the screen shakes, it will count as a step, and they will be purified. It's great if they need to be purified by Day Care or walking.

To make it simpler, take your controller out. Hold UP on the control stick, then put it back in while holding it. It will treat UP as the neutral position, and therefore the normal position as DOWN, which means you don't have to do anything and Wes will walk on his own, purifying your Pokemon.

Keep in mind that this takes some time. I'd give it half an hour to have a real effect.

Don't worry about your controller. If you take it out again, then let it be in the neutral position when you put it back in, it'll be the regular controls.

Hope I helped :)

^What he said.
Although, thats boring and adds a couple of hours to your play time, and I dont want that, I want to see how long it takes me to get Ho-Oh and see if I can "Mass Produce" it (or keep beating Colo over and over) and get some good Pokemon through trades with one:)

I thoght the puryfying glitch was when you filled the puryfing chamber with hoppips or bagons.

Purifying Chamber dosent exist on Colloseum. Only on XD.

And those aren't glitches anyways: a circle of Hoppips is fair game, since Flying is superior to Grass, and Hoppip is both. Dragon is superior to itself.

The odditiy about the Purify chamber is that a circle of all-Normals gives full tempo, but I do believe this is a Col-thread, not XD. Sorry.

I actually had a better method for that one bolded. Just press and hold X, Y and start as well as holding UP on the control stick for a few seconds. The result should be the same. To make it the regular controls, just push and hold X, Y and start for a few seconds.

It wasn't working for me before but now I got it. Soon I'll have a Ho-oh. The purifying is harder then the battling to get it.

Go to here. The chart has in-depth info about purification, such as which natures work best with cologne, so it should help alot.

I can only assume this works in xd as well based on the nature of the "glitch"? correct me if i'm wrong.
