2.Is Pursuit useful on an in-game pokemon?

1.) Power doubles (iirc), when used when a pokemon switches out. For instance if I used it, the pokemon that is about to be withdrawn will take larger damage than it would if it were to have stayed in. The incoming pokemon will not be affected by pursuit.

2.) Useless in-game as nothing switches out (even when it does its a rarity).

1) if the opponent switches then pursuit hits before they switch and with 80 base damage, not the original 40

2) no as the ai doesn't switch
