I need some advice on this quagsire I want to raise to fight water and electric pokemon

Quagsire-leftovers
Brave since i dont need speed
Evs- Attack and what else?
-Earthquake[good move]
-Curse?[I believe its standard]
-ANCIENTPOWER?[flying pokemon?]
-SLUDGE BOMB?[hurts grass]

I can teach a smeargle any moves that I can breed on quagsire, also I want to use rest on this so its a good healing tank in my team.

Start off with one or two Amnesia's to boost its mediocre Sp Def, then continue to raise its Atk and Def with Curse. EQ is there for STAB, and Ancientpower because it has a 10% chance of raising all stats, and can hurt things that EQ can't.

also swampert takes too much damage from water pokemon, quagsire is easily better with Water Absorb

I dont think quagsire has enough special attack to use this, so you would have to suggest some evs on my pokemon

HE DOESNT GET HYDROPUMP

I am thinking something with Earthquake and Sludgebomb since a curse can power them both and hurt grasses witch have alot of special defence usually, but I need suggestions on EV placements

Water Absorb is clearly a better trait. (IMO)

Use Curse/EQ/Surf/Rest. Surf could be replaced with Ice Beam or Ancient Power.

It all depends on th situation IMO. THen again, I use it because I usually go against my Brother's boomers ._. And his only Water Type (Gyaradoa) doesn't have a Water Attack)

You may not know me. I give out Movesets I think are fun to use. Curselax and Skarmbliss aren't very common in-game, and when you do see them they got POS movesets.

You should really respect people that are trying to help you or they won't help you any more. Adamant isn't bad. It can be good on Quagsire. And don't dis Dunsparce he is actually famous in the RMT section for his fun sets. Use his if you want some fun otherwise use Airlock200's sets.
