Question about Deoxys in dungeon

I'm confused about deoxys in dungeon, can you only get the normal form? after you get him once, can you get the other forms at all?

Also, could someone explain to me how to get feebas in blue version.

Deoxys can change into any of his four forms while in a dungeon. It's all random though. You can also get a really good moveset if you combine all four forms moves.

Also, how much more percentage do I get for being diamond rank when trying to recruit more pokemon.

deoxys randomly changes form whem moving from floor to floor in dungeons. to get feebas do this

then go to waterfall pond to recruit him. he is VERY rare though. it took me forever to find him. luckly he is now a beautiful level 87 milotic

Yes there is. It's called Trap Seer. It's very useful.
