Question about Pocket Monster Manga

Does anyone know why Pocket Monsters(not Poke special, the joke manga) was never translated to english?

Singapore had chapters translated in English but to answer the question pokemon has to have the all age rating in The us and the pocket monster series would require a teen rating due to celefairy's vulgar language.

It's a shame that the manga isn't available in the US. From what I've heard, it's really popular in Japan.

Yeah, there is a lot of toilet humor, some comedic nudity, and many Japanese jokes or puns that would be hard to translate into English properly XD
